room cleanliness
i had issues with cleanliness, specifically with cutlery not clean at times. additionally, some parts of my room seemed not cleaned well.

my room included a safe and a mini-fridge i used the gym it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes the main pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section. there was a buffet with diverse options i ate at the turkish cuisine section multiple times it was well prepared and fresh the dining area was kept clean. the hotel staff was helpful i asked for extra towels and received them within minutes the reception area provided quick assistance with directions.
the bathroom lacked hooks for towels it was inconvenient

mixed feelings about my stay
bad foodlimited bar
The food was bad and there was practically nothing to do at night. the bar only served coffee and water after midnight. Cold water was not always available in all bars. i really don't know if i'd come back.

the beach was amazing for snorkeling!!! the towel system is convenient. the staff knew my baby's name, that was special.
the hotel could upgrade the dated fixtures.
